Methods I practise

I draw on a range of approaches. During a session, I explain which method I suggest and why, and we discuss whether it feels suitable for you. The choice depends on your concerns, current needs and readiness.

Trauma-related experiences and stress

EMDR, Predictive Flash and ImTT. My professional training also includes specific ImTT protocols, FSAP and FSIP. We discuss the particular approach and sequence of work individually.

Thoughts, emotions and inner responses

Relationships, meaning and life transitions

Systemic family psychotherapy, existential approaches, positive psychology, perinatal psychology and psychotherapy. Spiritually oriented work is available when questions of values, meaning and spiritual experience matter to the client.

Body, creativity and experience

Body-oriented approaches, art therapy and psychodrama. A separate service is singing bowl body massage, using sound and vibration.

Coaching approaches

Individual, Executive and Leadership Coaching, team and business coaching: clarifying goals and motivation, exploring strengths, choosing a strategy and planning steps. Explore coaching.

How I choose an approach

I start by understanding your situation and what you would like to change. I explain the approach I suggest and why it may be relevant. We discuss the format, goals and progress together.

My practice draws on different psychological and coaching approaches. The particular method is chosen after discussing your situation; you do not need to work through a list of techniques before our first meeting.
